Pricing in plain English

Three options, pick the one you need.

Single analysis, EUR 2.90

One report, one time. Stripe payment, receipt by email. Typical for a single exam of your dog or cat (a blood count, a urine test, an x-ray).

Pack of 5 analyses, EUR 9.90

Five analyses to use whenever, no expiry. Costs EUR 1.98 per analysis (32% off vs single). Worth it if you have several reports to read, for example a full check-up or a senior pet to follow over time.

Family plan, EUR 14.90 per month

For people with multiple pets or who follow their health closely:

• 10 analyses per month, recharged on the 1st
• Up to 4 linked emails, all drawing from the same pool
• Unused analyses don't roll over to the next month
• Cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal

The use case: one person in the family handles the reports, others delegate. Everyone sees their own results, only one person pays.

In addition to paid plans, there are free analyses.

3 analyses on signup

When you first register with magic link, we give you 3 analyses to try the service for free.

1 anonymous analysis

Without registering, you have one anonymous analysis before creating the account. We only ask your email at the end to send the result.

Referral

If you invite a friend and they make their first paid analysis, we both get a bonus:

• +3 analyses to you (the referrer)
• Your friend already starts with their 3 welcome analyses

Veterinary chatbot: included

The in-app veterinary chatbot to ask questions about the report is included in the service: it's not charged separately and doesn't consume analyses. Remember it's an orientation tool, it does not replace your vet and does not diagnose.

Payment methods

Credit/debit card via Stripe only. Apple Pay and Google Pay supported. Bank transfer, PayPal and other methods: not yet.

Your card data never passes through our servers: Stripe is PCI DSS certified and handles everything. We only know you paid for a given product.

Changed your mind? No penalties

All payments are cancellable and refundable as described in Refunds. Family subscription is cancelled in 30 seconds from the Customer Portal.

Future pricing

Held stable during beta. Significant changes would be announced 30+ days in advance to all registered users. Even then, existing subscribers keep the original price until natural cancellation.
